Boxyz Launches "Request Agent" to Support Request Fulfillment with AI, First Phase Targets Pharmacies

Boxyz Inc. As the first set of features, the "Pharmacy Security Measures Checklist Support Function," which assists in preparing the necessary documents for cybersecurity measures in pharmacies, will be released on Monday, March 30.

With this function, AI will interview pharmacies about their current situation in a conversational format, organize the necessary information, and then assist in drafting BCPs (Business Continuity Plans), operational management regulations, and checklist preparation materials, referencing related materials from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and templates published by the Japan Pharmaceutical Association. AI will help reduce the burden on sites by addressing issues such as difficulty in adapting to actual conditions with only publicly available materials, and uncertainty about what needs to be checked.
