Nagiso Town implements the 'Support Project for Transportation Costs for Pregnant Women's Health Check-ups and Childbirth'. This project subsidizes transportation and accommodation costs for pregnant women who live 30 minutes or more away from the nearest obstetrics medical institution, whether at their residence or a returning home location. This aims to create an environment where pregnant women can approach childbirth with peace of mind. Furthermore, the town supports the healthy growth of children from various perspectives, such as 'Book Start', which presents picture books to babies aged 8 months, and 'Book Start Plus', which provides picture books monthly to 2-year-olds for a year. To make the town's initiatives more convenient for child-rearing households, 'Boshimo' has been adopted as a new tool for disseminating child-rearing information.

The 'Dekiyodayo Kinenbi' (Milestone Day) feature, which can be used as a child-rearing diary, is created based on the sample formats for maternal and child health handbooks from the Children and Families Agency. It allows users to record developmental milestones and memorable events related to child-rearing, including the 'Parent's Record' section of the maternal and child health handbook, along with photos and messages. It also serves as a guide for the child's growth and development.
