Boshi-mo Co., Ltd.'s 'Infant and Toddler Health Checkup Service,' part of its 'Kosodate DX®' digital transformation support service for local government child-rearing initiatives, has been officially adopted by Abu Town, Abu District, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and will commence operations on Wednesday, April 1st. Abu Town first introduced the maternal and child health handbook app 'Boshi-mo' as 'Ohisama App Abu' in November 2021 as an ICT-utilizing support measure. In June 2023, it began offering the 'Questionnaire Service' of 'Kosodate DX,' available as an additional function of 'Boshi-mo.' This time, procedures related to infant and toddler health checkups (1-year-old, 1-year-6-month-old, 2-year-6-month-old, and 3-year-old checkups) will be digitized through 'Boshi-mo.' This will allow parents to fill out and submit questionnaires and confirm health checkup results via the app.

Additionally, questionnaire content and health checkup results can be quickly shared from the checkup venue to the local government, allowing the local government to promptly confirm the child's status after the checkup and reducing post-processing tasks such as data entry.
