We have generously filled our popular Nama Bagel Donuts with a rich, homemade custard blended with fragrant matcha. It's finished with a coating of matcha white chocolate, topped with dried raspberries and diced almonds. With every bite, the rich matcha flavor spreads within its mellow sweetness, while the tartness of the berries and the nuttiness of the almonds provide a perfect accent. Enjoy a satisfying taste along with its chewy, springy texture.

A spring-evoking item, adorned with cherry blossoms and finished with a kinako (roasted soybean flour) chocolate coating. The chewy, springy bagel dough, kneaded with salted cherry blossom leaves, is generously filled with tsubu an (coarse bean paste) from Aizu Wakamatsu and baked. The subtle saltiness of the cherry blossoms and the gentle sweetness of the bean paste combine for an elegant flavor.
