Four Companies Sign MOU for Training Specified Skilled Workers in Nepal

BLUE SKY JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Santosh Poudel) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with FORDAYS Nepal Pvt. Ltd.*, Blue Sky International Pvt. Ltd., Shahoho Social Medical Corporation, and Relo Vacations Inc. The purpose of this MOU is to foster and improve the quality of specified skilled workers dispatched from Nepal to Japan.

This MOU was signed during the opening ceremony of the "FORDAYS SSW Training Center," a pre-arrival training facility, held as part of the Nepal On-site Recruitment Tour hosted by BLUE SKY JAPAN on February 18, 2026.

Through the collaboration based on this MOU, practical training that replicates the Japanese environment will be possible within Nepal. This will allow trainees who have already received job offers to understand Japanese work standards and workplace culture before their arrival, enabling them to start working immediately.

This is expected to lead to immediate productivity upon arrival, reduce the training burden on accepting companies, and improve employee retention rates.

BLUE SKY JAPAN aims to establish a system for consistently producing high-quality specified skilled workers and to build a "Nepalese Specified Skilled Worker Brand.".
