Bloom Life K.K. (HQ: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yuki Monai) has opened 'Lien Life' in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, providing small-group temporary childcare services by nursery teachers alongside personal training.

With the increase in dual-income households and shifts in local communities, there is a shortage of environments where parents can easily leave their children. Lien Life was established to provide both a secure place for children and an environment where parents can dedicate time to themselves.

CEO Yuki Monai, drawing from her experience as a nursery teacher, has frequently heard parents express struggles over a lack of personal time. She decided to launch this community-based childcare service to address these issues. Based on the philosophy that 'leaving children in care is not a negative act,' the facility supports parents in taking time for fitness, self-care, salon visits, or medical appointments.

The facility offers small-group care with individual attention from nursery teachers to ensure children feel secure. Use of the childcare service alone is also available.
