BLAZE Adds Dedicated Protective Cover for 'BLAZE e-CARGO' Electric Mobility Vehicle

BLAZE Inc. (Nagoya, Aichi; CEO Hideyuki Ichikawa) has added a new 'Dedicated Cover' as an optional product for its four-wheeled electric mobility vehicle, the 'BLAZE e-CARGO.'

The BLAZE e-CARGO is a compact electric mobility vehicle that combines the stability of a four-wheeled structure with a large-capacity cargo bed. Evaluated as a 'tiny mini-truck' due to its practicality, it has received significant interest from both corporate and individual users across Japan since its launch.

The vehicle is categorized as a 'Specified Small Motorized Bicycle,' which can be driven without a license by anyone aged 16 or older. Its battery can be removed for indoor charging or charged directly from a standard 100V household outlet while mounted, making it a highly convenient model for public road use.

### Protecting Everything Because It’s Small: The Dedicated Cover

Responsive to user needs for protection during rainy weather and for securing loaded cargo, BLAZE developed this dedicated cover. It uses 210D oxford fabric, which is lightweight yet resistant to tearing, featuring a silver coating on the underside. This provides waterproofing, heat insulation, and UV protection, shielding the vehicle from rain, wind, snow, dust, and sun damage. It reduces the risk of deterioration during storage, ensuring safe use both indoors and outdoors.

Furthermore, the cover enhances security by making loaded items less visible from the outside. Its size is tailored to the compact body, allowing a full cover that is often difficult to achieve with standard light trucks. The vehicle can be covered even with items loaded on the cargo bed.

The front part is adjustable to fit the body tightly, preventing it from blowing off in the wind. When not in use, it can be folded and stored in the included storage bag.
