[May Only] Ebisu Sushi Gyoten Hosts Aramasa 7-Type Tasting & Juyondai Banko Guaranteed Pairing! Special Opening Commemoration Event!

To commemorate its opening on May 1, 2026, Ebisu Sushi Gyoten is simultaneously hosting two special plans to express gratitude. One is the "Aramasa Tasting Plan," which allows guests to taste seven rare brands released by Aramasa Sake Brewery all at once. The other is the "Juyondai Banko Guaranteed Pairing Course," which guarantees one glass of "Banko," an exceptionally hard-to-obtain sake even among the pinnacle Juyondai brand. Guests can enjoy these rare brands, which are usually not lined up together, alongside an OMAKASE course of around 20 items prepared using Edomae techniques and red vinegar. These offers are limited to the first 16 and 25 guests, respectively. The "Aramasa 7-Type Tasting Plan" offers a luxurious tasting of seven rare brands crafted by Aramasa Sake Brewery (Amaneko Sparkling, Itankyoso Kabushikigaisha, H-type 2023BY, H-type 2025BY, Tangerine, Christmas Type 2025, and Ash) at approximately 45ml per glass. The price is 16,600 yen with a 20-item omakase course, and 21,000 yen with a 22-item omakase course (both tax included, limited to 16 guests). The "Juyondai Banko Guaranteed Pairing Course" guarantees one glass of "Banko" (approx. 60ml) and pairs it with seasonal premium sakes such as Senkin Original, Suminoe Junmai Ginjo, Shikishima Junmai, and Ryusei Junmai at 80ml each. The price is 17,600 yen with a 20-item omakase course, and 22,000 yen with a 22-item omakase course (both tax included, limited to 25 guests). The event period is from May 21 to May 31, 2026.
