*The Ebisu store will hold the campaign all day. *The Azabu Juban store will hold the campaign only on weekdays from OPEN to 15:00 (last reception at 13:30).

This campaign was implemented with the desire to allow more customers to easily enjoy the quality of a high-end sushi restaurant's counter, while maintaining the quality as an affiliated store of "Gottanda Sushi Asahi."

This project is also an opening commemorative campaign for Ninomiya Ebisu store. Please take this opportunity to enjoy Ninomiya's sushi casually.

- Supervised by "Gottanda Sushi Asahi," with a Tabelog rating of 3.5 or higher. *Rating as of April 30, 2026.

- Uses 10-year-aged red vinegar from Ehime Prefecture. Characterized by sharp acidity and deep richness.

- Special nikiri soy sauce that pairs well with the sushi rice creates a synergistic flavor effect.

- Freshly grated domestic hon-wasabi enhances the rich aroma.
