Beyondge Launches "Beyond Talks," an Interview Media Platform Exploring the "Behind-the-Scenes" of Executive Decision-Making

Beyondge Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takatoshi Nogami; hereinafter "the Company"), which supports the creation, incubation, and exit of startups and handles growth hacking for large corporations, will launch "Beyond Talks," an interview media platform that delves into the decision-making processes of executives (CXOs), in June 2026. The platform will feature interviews with executives of startups in which the Company has invested or supported, as well as representatives from large corporations collaborating with startups. It will explore how crucial decisions were made and elicit "stories that can only be told now" that could not be revealed at the time, disseminating them to the public.

The interviews will be conducted by Kouta Odaka, Representative Partner of "Beyondge Capital," an acceleration capital firm that has partnered with executives not only through funding but also as CXOs and advisors. As a partner who has run alongside executives on the front lines of business, Odaka will draw out the background of their decisions.

While there are many opportunities to discuss business achievements and know-how, there are few platforms where executives' struggles and decisions behind these successes—why they chose a particular path, what they sacrificed and what they stood firm on at critical junctures—are shared in their own words. In particular, "stories that can only be told now," which could not be articulated during the heat of the moment, have the power to encourage those who are about to embark on their own challenges.

The Company has consistently supported startups from creation and incubation to M&A, as well as growth hacking for large corporations, through its investment and partnership activities via Beyondge Capital. From the position of having been on the front lines of management not just as a funder but also as a CXO and advisor, the Company is launching "Beyond Talks" as a platform to elicit, record, and disseminate the behind-the-scenes of executive decision-making. We will widely convey the true faces and decisions of the executives who are "Going Beyond the Edge."

Overview of "Beyond Talks"

"Beyond Talks" features two series with different objectives:

Series 1: Go Beyond Stories – Challengers Going Beyond the Cutting Edge

This series features dialogues between startup executives and Kouta Odaka, Representative Partner of Beyondge Capital, who serves as the interviewer. As a partner who has closely observed them through investment and partnership, Odaka will delve deeply into their journeys, from the inspiration for founding their companies to decisions made during the most difficult phases, eliciting "stories that can only be told now."

Series 2: Next Beyond Dialogue – Cross-Industry Dialogue between Large Corporations and Startups

This series involves startup executives and representatives from large corporations engaging in conversation, with members of the Company participating. It will convey the background of decisions to collaborate and the unique perspectives gained from the collaboration, from the front lines of open innovation.

The names of the two series are derived from the Company's startup support program "Go Beyond" and its growth hacking program for large corporations, "Next Beyond." This initiative aims to share the stories of challenges born from daily support activities with society in the form of media.
