The contest to decide Japan's best condominium, "BEST OF ACTIVITY STAY", organized by Keisuke Sakakibara (Minpaku Expert) and Natsuki Tajiri (Vacation Rental Expert) of Minpaku Kakumei Co., Ltd., was held concurrently with BEST OF MINPAKU 2026 on February 23, 2026, at Makuhari Messe.

Additionally, many visitors attended "Minpaku EXPO JAPAN 2026" and "Minpaku Daikou Seminar", Japan's largest minpaku event held for three days from February 21 to February 23, 2026, providing an opportunity to experience the forefront of the tourism and accommodation industry, including the latest vacation rental business, minpaku, and glamping.

"BEST OF ACTIVITY STAY 2026" is a contest to recognize accommodations that offer the best lodging experience in Japan. It is held with the aim of widely promoting the appeal of facilities, improving the image of minpaku, strengthening its appeal to customers, and promoting the development of the entire minpaku industry and exchange among operators.

For "BEST OF MINPAKU 2026", which determines Japan's best minpaku, 1,495 facilities nationwide entered to decide the grand prize. In "BEST OF ACTIVITY STAY", "Japavista Unlimited / Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture" was brilliantly awarded first place among minpaku and vacation rentals across the country.

This contest is organized by Keisuke Sakakibara (Minpaku Expert) and Natsuki Tajiri (Vacation Rental Expert) of Minpaku Kakumei Co., Ltd., and is attracting attention as an event that disseminates new possibilities in Japan's accommodation industry.

The venue also hosted "Minpaku EXPO JAPAN 2026" and "Minpaku Daikou Seminar", which introduce the forefront of the tourism accommodation industry, including minpaku, vacation rentals, and glamping. Many visitors attended over the three days.
