BestAmenity Co., Ltd. (Mizuma-cho, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Hiroshi Uchida) has decided to inherit the facilities, real estate, and sake brewing business of the former Hana no Tsuyu Co., Ltd. (Jojima-cho, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture).
Regarding this matter, we announce that a license presentation ceremony for the sake manufacturing license was held by the Director of the Kurume Tax Office on April 1st, and a press conference was held by our representative and others.
Hana no Tsuyu has been a sake brewery beloved in Jojima-cho, Kurume City since the Edo period, and was a landmark symbolizing the region's history and culture. However, Hana no Tsuyu reached a turning point and ceased operations in December 2024. With the strong desire to ensure its legacy is not extinguished, BestAmenity Co., Ltd. representative Uchida decided in December 2025 to acquire the sake brewery, connect its tradition to the future, and further develop it.
This initiative goes beyond mere revitalization of a sake brewery; it will be pursued as a project positioned as the culmination of the BestAmenity Group.
