The product line, "LENNY'S BLEND NO.6," was developed to address the specific challenges faced by poodle owners, such as tangled fur and the desire to maintain coat volume. Poodles, known for their fine, dry, and curly coats, often find existing shampoos inadequate for managing tangles. The "LENNY'S BLEND NO.6" shampoo is formulated to provide elasticity to the coat, promoting root lift and a soft, fluffy texture. Its unique blend includes glycerin, heptyl undecylenate (a castor oil derivative), and almond oil for repair and protection. It uses an aloe vera extract base, providing rich moisture to dry poodle skin and coats, and is free from parabens, artificial fragrances, and sodium lauryl sulfate. The detangling spray works to smoothly untangle matted fur and maintain coat texture, reducing static and preserving the fluffy finish after brushing. The development of this series was inspired by the founder Rachel's experience with her poodle mix, Lenny, and her desire to create a dedicated care solution for poodles.
