Raffles Boutique's Matcha Kaya is a superb fusion of Japanese matcha and the smooth texture of traditional Singaporean kaya. First, the comforting sweetness of slowly simmered coconut and egg custard spreads, followed by the deep umami flavor of matcha that fills the mouth. A subtle green aroma and delicate bitterness create an exquisite balance, leaving a smooth and refined aftertaste.
