BOUL’ANGE (Boul’Ange), a bakery operated by Bake Crews Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masayoshi Furumine), will grand open its new permanent store, “BOUL’ANGE Ekiu Shinagawa,” inside JR Shinagawa Station on Thursday, July 16. Previously operating as a temporary pop-up, the Shinagawa location now becomes a permanent fixture.

As a major transportation hub connecting to Shinkansen and airports, Shinagawa Station welcomes countless travelers daily. With the concept of “enjoying bread like traveling,” the store will feature limited-time regional breads that have gained popularity at BOUL’ANGE’s local branches across Japan.

Unique Lineup for Daily Commuters and Souvenirs

The store introduces new refrigerated display cases, expanding its takeout offerings including a variety of sandwiches. Customers can choose their preferred sandwich for breakfast, lunch, or enjoying on a Shinkansen journey. The store layout is optimized for speed, enabling quick checkout—ideal for busy commuters.

Souvenir options are also enhanced. A highlight is the “Lemon Cake,” made with rich fermented butter dough and fresh lemon for a refreshing taste. It’s available in an original gift box (6 pieces), perfect for homecoming trips, business travel, or gifts to family and friends.
