LUKE‘S LOBSTER, a lobster roll specialty store operated by Baycrew's Group (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masayoshi Furumine), is launching a 'Shrimp Ramen' exclusively at its Shibuya Park Street store, offering a new way to enjoy the charm of shrimp. The dish features a rich bisque soup made from sweet shrimp heads, layered with seafood dashi, miso, sesame paste, onion, ginger, and kelp for a deep, complex flavor. The vibrant orange soup releases a rich aroma and deep umami with every bite. Toppings include tender sous-vide chashu, seasoned egg, sesame-oil-scented bok choy, and homemade shrimp powder, all prepared in-house to ensure perfect harmony with the soup. The 'Tenshi' noodles pair perfectly with the soup, capturing every drop of flavor. A special menu item, 'THE Shibuya,' topped with Maine-imported lobster, is also available. Starting June 19, 2026, a 'Super Spicy' version will also be released.
