The Meaning Behind an AI-Specialized System Development Company Aiming for a Society That Doesn't Use AI
AI will no longer be something to "use."
Basyauma Technologies' dream is to create a world where people don't have to "use" AI.
Currently, many companies are struggling with AI utilization.
-
Don't know where to start
-
Implemented ChatGPT, but operations haven't changed
-
Stuck at PoC and not integrated into the field
We assert:
There's no point in just "introducing" AI.
It only becomes valuable when you create a "mechanism that keeps it running."
There's no point in just "introducing" AI.
It only becomes valuable when you create a "mechanism that keeps it running."
AI is not something to use.
It should be an infrastructure that works continuously in the background.
We design and develop systems where AI automatically manages operations.
Human operational hours are finite, but AI's are infinite.
Since our founding in November 2025, over half of our development projects have been AI-related.
What they have in common is a "design that is actually used and sustained in the field."
Why AI doesn't stick in the field
Many companies will continue to introduce AI as a tool, now and in the future.
We believe this is due to a boom and trendiness.
However, the reality is that
No one uses it, or they stop using it, and it becomes a mere formality.
We are different.
-
Integrate into business workflows
-
Design it to run without human intervention
-
Continuously improve it to fit the field
In other words,
Instead of "introducing" AI, we "operate" it as part of the company.
The era where humans focus on "judgment"
AI handles operations, and humans focus on judgment.
Simple and repetitive tasks go to AI.
Humans focus on decision-making.
As a result,
-
Productivity increases
-
Labor costs are optimized
-
Organizations become leaner
And above all, the way we work itself changes.
With a new structure, towards an AI-specialized system development company.
Our company, established in November 2025, initially did not promote itself as an "AI company."
This was because we considered implementing AI into products to be "a matter of course."
However, as a result of not communicating this philosophy externally,
we were perceived as just a general system development company.
On the other hand, over half of our actual development projects were AI-related.
We have redefined our position once again.
Basyauma Technologies is becoming an AI-specialized system development company.
We have newly welcomed Mr. Murosaki to our management strategy team.
Based on his experience across multiple industries, he will play the role of translating AI into "sellable AI" and "AI that operates in the field."
Mr. Oishi is the technical director.
He and Mr. Miyake were senior and junior at the University of Tsukuba's research institute.
Based on his background, he will lead AI product development and the development organization.
From "Hello" to AI, to the forefront
We support in two areas:
① For companies new to AI adoption → Designing from scratch what to start with
② For companies that want to fully utilize AI → Developing products to world-class standards
And, all our engineers are on the "creating side" of AI.
AI becomes a "competitive advantage."
AI is not something special,
That's why we aim for it.
Why Basyauma Technologies can do it
Our strength is not just development capability.
-
Field understanding across multiple industries
-
Experience observing both management and practical operations
-
Technical expertise on the "creating side" of AI, not the "using side"
By combining these,
we can implement AI that operates in the field, not just theoretical AI.
Does AI widen or close the gap?
AI is a powerful technology.
Depending on how it's used,
it can either widen or close the gap.
We choose the latter.
-
Usable without knowledge
-
Can create value without technical skills
-
Can work regardless of environment
We aim to realize such a society through design and implementation.
Still, humans are ultimately necessary.
No matter how much AI evolves,
humans are ultimately the ones who make decisions.
That's why,
-
The ability to judge
-
The ability to choose
-
The ability to take responsibility
These values become even more important.
Not a world where AI does everything,
but a world where AI supports and humans shine.
We will continue to build the infrastructure for that.
Towards a society that doesn't use AI.
That is,
a society where AI is "operating naturally in the background without being seen."
And to implement that society as a reality.
That is the challenge of Basyauma Technologies.
