This facility, described as the largest shared office and coworking space in the Kannai area (based on internal research as of April 2026), features 140 free address seats, private rooms, fixed desks, and phone booths, totaling approximately 200 seats. The concept is "WORK OUT PARK!", aiming to create a space that optimizes working conditions and enhances work engagement.

Membership applications for four free address plans (starting from 5,000 JPY/month) and two corporate plans (starting from 113,000 JPY/month) commenced today, April 14th. To commemorate the grand opening, a free, pre-registration event, "OPEN THE PARK ~Work Experience Designing Immersion, Vitality, and Passion~," is scheduled for three days from Wednesday, May 20 to Friday, May 22, 2026.

The concept "WORK OUT PARK!" embodies the idea that an environment allowing deep concentration on work and maintaining physical and mental well-being forms the foundation for enhancing work engagement.

In addition to concentration areas like monitor-equipped single seats and phone booths, the design intentionally incorporates "buffer time" for activities such as exercise, reading, and interaction, which may not immediately lead to results. This "margin time" is considered an essential element for fostering motivation and creativity. Recognized for co-ba's community management achievements since its brand inception in 2011, Ba & Co Inc. has been selected as the innovation office operator for "BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai."

Membership Recruitment Starts Today: Free Address and Corporate Plans

As of April 14 (Tuesday), recruitment for four free address plans and two corporate plans has begun.

The free address plans offer four options to suit usage frequency and lifestyle, including the 24-hour accessible Everyday plan, plans based on usage frequency and time, and plans supporting corporate registration. Options such as corporate registration and locker use are also available.

The corporate plans combine free address use (for 3 or 5 people) with corporate registration and address use (for one company). Monthly free meeting room usage is included, and multiple accounts can be registered, allowing flexible use according to team attendance frequency. These plans are suitable for satellite offices or as bases for business startups.

Private rooms (for 8 people) and fixed seats (for 1 person), which were offered in advance, are now fully booked before the grand opening. Those wishing to be on a waiting list can register below. Private rooms (for 5 and 9 people) are still available.
