Under this system, employees can take one day of special paid leave during the month of their parent's birthday or the anniversary of their death. The system aims to give employees time to reflect on their family roots and build empathy, thereby improving consulting quality.
In FY2025, 48 employees (approximately 18% of the total workforce) across various ages and departments utilized the leave. Feedback from users includes taking family trips on a mother's birthday, visiting a father for his 60th birthday, sightseeing with a mother in Tokyo, and visiting a father's grave. The company intends to continue enhancing employee humanity and consulting quality through such initiatives.
Founded in September 1991, Aoyama Zaisan Networks provides inheritance and business succession consulting services to individual asset owners and corporate owners with an average asset scale of 1 billion yen. In November 2024, the company announced a business alliance and management integration with the Chester Group.
