Aoyama Zaisan Networks Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Masazumi Hasumi; hereinafter "the Company"), which provides asset consulting services to individual investors and business owners, held an entrance ceremony on April 1st at its headquarters in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

We welcomed 13 new graduates to the group as a whole and look forward to achieving further growth together with our new colleagues.

At the ceremony, President and Representative Director Hasumi and the General Manager of the Administration Division and Human Resources Department, Mr. Fukuhara, delivered congratulatory speeches to the new graduates, followed by the presentation of certificates of employment to each individual.

After a one-month training period, the new graduates will undergo job rotations through each business division before being permanently assigned to their roles this November.

Our company positions human resource development as one of our key management themes. We will continue to actively work on creating an environment where every employee, including new graduates, can feel their own growth and build a long-term career.
