April 12 (Sun) Day Service Mizu no Sanchi Romandisco
At this event, in addition to elderly users of the day service, many children also visited, creating a scene where a wide range of generations gathered and freely enjoyed music. By sharing the same space and rhythm across generations, natural communication and a sense of unity were born, leading to the creation of new value for the event.
Furthermore, by providing the joy of moving one's body and the experience of releasing emotions through music and dance, it contributed to the mental and physical refreshment and improvement of well-being for visitors. Through an environment where children and adults could enjoy themselves together, it became an opportunity to convey the positive impact of music and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
April 18 (Sat) VISIONARY DAYS × Romandisco
On the day, visitors with diverse backgrounds, including people with disabilities, the elderly, families, and young people, gathered, with over 2,000 attendees in total. The entire venue became one, making it a day of great excitement.
At the main stage "Romandisco," a participatory program involving dancing was implemented. By making the content accessible regardless of age or physical condition, it provided an opportunity for all visitors to participate without strain.
Centered on the theme of "health," visitors naturally interacted with each other and moved their bodies together, fostering communication. It was felt that the event was not merely a spectator event but a "co-creation event" where values were shared through participation.
April 19 (Sun) Special Nursing Home Sumaura no Sato Romandisco
On the day of its first holding in Kansai, approximately 120 facility users and staff participated. With the lights dimmed and colorful lighting enveloping the space, the ordinary facility transformed into a "disco space" for one night only.
The program mainly consisted of familiar songs. Participants enjoyed the music in their own style, waving penlights while sitting in chairs or humming along.
Furthermore, the staff supporting the facility also actively participated, enlivening the space together with the users, creating a natural sense of unity throughout the venue. Through music, connections transcended generations and positions, and smiles spread across the faces of the participants.

What is Romandisco?
It is an event implemented by care worker and DJ Ryosuke Otaki (GEN) and SU for the elderly in care facilities, etc., as a dance event.
In an extraordinary space illuminated by lights, hit songs from Showa to Reiwa are played, and old townscapes and images of their younger selves are projected on a screen, allowing participants to sing along while reminiscing about the past, wave penlights to the music, and move their bodies, thereby promoting health while having fun.
The "Know Hepatitis Project" has been active since 2012, aiming to clearly convey knowledge about hepatitis and the necessity of hepatitis virus testing, so that all citizens have correct knowledge about hepatitis and actively take action towards early detection and early treatment. The "Health First Project" is an initiative implemented as part of the "Know Hepatitis Project," aiming to promote health creation for living a healthy life both mentally and physically without getting sick even as one ages, and to effectively publicize hepatitis measures by leveraging interest in health.
