Set a Japanese record of 4m48 at the "19th Asian Games" held in Hangzhou, China, from Saturday, September 23 to Sunday, October 8, 2023. In this competition, she surpassed her own Japanese record by 2cm, setting a new record of 4m50.

Blessed with good weather, I was able to approach each attempt calmly. At 4m41, my run-up faltered on the first and second attempts, but I managed to correct it and connect to 4m50. Until now, when challenging my personal best, I often felt some tension, but this time I was able to jump calmly, focusing on the key points. I am delighted to finally record over 4m50.
