IROHA CRAFT (Headquarters: Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture; Representative Director: Kenji Chiba), a renovation firm in Nirasaki City, will hold an anniversary event on Sunday, April 12, 2026, to celebrate the 8th anniversary of 'Americaya,' a regional hub revitalized by the company. The event theme is 'Sustainable Fun for Parents and Children.'

This event will feature workshops using waste wood from construction sites and the limited sale of upcycled furniture. It goes beyond a simple anniversary celebration, providing local residents with an opportunity to experience the 'construction waste reduction' system that the company has been working on for six years.

[Three Highlights] 1. Turning 'Scraps' into Signs! A Challenging Upcycling Experience For six years, IROHA CRAFT has maintained a 'Scrap Wood' recycling box along National Route 20, providing old wood and scraps from renovation and new construction sites for free. The highlight of this event is the 'Original Sign Production' workshop, created in collaboration with 'Nihon Mtecs,' using this waste wood. Parents and children can experience the joy and difficulty of craftsmanship that utilizes the unique characteristics of materials.

Additionally, there will be a plastering experience using 'NURUDENIM,' a plaster material independently developed by Nihon Mtecs, which is made by upcycling denim scraps from factories.

Turning Construction 'Surplus' into Lifestyle Staples: Limited Upcycled Furniture Sale We have created one-of-a-kind 'table tops' by combining high-quality flooring materials that inevitably remain at construction sites. On the day of the event, they will be sold at special prices, and we will also accept orders for your preferred iron or wooden legs on the spot. You can even take them home directly in a light truck.

3. Content for Parents and Children Throughout 'Americaya' Not only IROHA CRAFT, which has its office on the 4th floor, but also each tenant in Americaya has prepared special content for this day.
