IROHA CRAFT (Headquarters: Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture; CEO: Kenji Chiba), which handles renovations in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, will hold an anniversary event under the theme of 'Sustainability Enjoyable for Parents and Children' on Sunday, April 12, 2026, to commemorate the 8th anniversary of the opening of 'Americaya', a regional base regenerated by the company.

At this event, we will conduct workshops reusing scrap wood from construction sites and offer limited sales of upcycled furniture. Going beyond a mere anniversary festival, we provide an opportunity for locals to experience the mechanism of 'reducing construction site waste' that the company has been working on for the past six years.

### 3 Highlights

1. 'Scrap Wood' from the Site Reborn as a Signboard! A Super Difficult (?) Upcycle Experience

For the past six years, IROHA CRAFT has installed a scrap material recycling box called 'Scrap Wood' along National Route 20, continuing its activity of freely providing old and scrap wood generated at renovation and new construction sites. The centerpiece this time is 'original signboard production', which upcycles this waste wood in collaboration with 'Nihon Mtex'. Parents and children can experience the joy and difficulty of craftsmanship that utilizes the individuality of materials.

In addition, there will be a plastering experience where participants apply 'NURUDENIM', a plastering material uniquely developed by 'Nihon Mtex', to boards. You can experience the one-of-a-kind texture exuded by 'a plastering material upcycled from denim scraps discharged from factories'.

2. Making 'Leftovers' from Construction Sites the Star of Living. Sale of Limited Upcycled Furniture
