ASTENA HOLDINGS株式會社（總公司：東京都中央區，代表取締役社長：瀨戶口 智）作為石川縣教育委員會推動的「與企業合作的創業家精神教育推動事業」的一環，於2026年3月6日（星期五）在Lapia Kashima（石川縣鹿島郡中能登町）舉辦的「能登地區高中生創業家精神教育 事業計畫發表會」中參展。
本公司自2021年度起，便以能登地區的高中生為對象，致力於創業家精神教育。本事業旨在透過讓高中生挑戰旨在解決地區課題的事業計畫，培養其解決問題的能力與公民意識，並支援他們未來能自行創造工作機會，主動選擇留在能登地區生活。在此次發表會中，能登地區7所高中的學生發表了為了解決地區課題而擬定的事業計畫。
■2025年度的取り組み概要
2025年度，延續去年度的計畫，能登地區的7所學校（飯田高中、能登高中、穴水高中、輪島高中、門前高中、志賀高中、鹿西高中）參與其中，並由各校選拔出的代表隊伍著手進行事業計畫書的撰寫。
與往年不同的是，過去為期一週的密集課程以實體方式進行，而2025年度則轉變為以線上為主的全年制課程。儘管面臨線上溝通的難度，但透過長期投入，得以實施多次實地考察，使得部分學校的事業計畫更具說服力。
在此次發表會中，各校代表隊伍發表了為期半年的活動成果。他們深入探討地區課題，並以高中生獨特的視角和自由的發想所構思出的眾多商業點子，引起了現場觀眾的廣泛關注。
