Toua Releases "10" as Pre-release Single from 1st Digital Album "This is Toua", Music Video Also Out

Toua's 1st Digital Album "This is Toua", set for release on September 16, 2026 (Wed), will feature the pre-release single "10". Additionally, the music video will be unveiled today at 7 PM.

"This is Toua" is Toua's first release in approximately one year, depicting a single story through pop music, exploring themes that everyone experiences in life such as encounters, farewells, friendship, love, conflict, confidence, and doubt, as well as the many themes Toua has consistently conveyed about valuing individuality. Prior to the album's release on September 16, songs from the album will be sequentially pre-released.

The song "10", released today, was written for Toua's beloved dog, Ten, who passed away three years ago. It is a medium ballad that directly sings of the sorrow of loss and the love that makes one think, "I'm glad I met you," set to a sound centered on poignant piano and guitar. The repeated phrase "Loop of your LOVE" conveys the sentiment that the love continues unbroken even after separation, making it an emotional love song that resonates with many listeners who have experienced the loss of a cherished being. On September 20, 2026 (Sun), immediately after the album release, Toua will hold their first solo live performance, "Toua 1st LIVE 'This is Toua'" at Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO). Advance ticket sales through play guides will begin on July 8, 2026 (Wed) at noon.
