Nagoya's ASCH Welcomes Takayuki Obayashi, a Next-Generation Stylist Who Graduated Top of His Class from London's Three Major Prestigious Academies

Takayuki Obayashi, a stylist at ASCH Danken-dori store, highly acclaimed both domestically and internationally.

ASCH, which operates total beauty salons in Nagoya City, has welcomed Takayuki Obayashi, a next-generation stylist who graduated top of his class from three major prestigious academies: "Vidal Sassoon Academy," "TONI & GUY Academy," and "SANRIZZ Academy." He also gained experience as a top stylist at the renowned London salon Sanrizz before returning to Japan. Through his studies in London, Obayashi mastered cutting techniques that assess bone structure, hair quality, and hair flow. He received high praise for his studies in London, graduating at the top of his class. Subsequently, he worked as a top stylist at the prestigious London salon Sanrizz, providing hair designs for local clients.

At Sanrizz, he worked with clients who had different hair types, bone structures, and fashion sensibilities than those in Japan, further honing his advanced ability to create flattering styles and design proposals. In addition to hair design, he also worked as a photographer, participating in photo shoots and visual creation, which cultivated his sensibility to express hair not just as a "form" but as a "worldview."

Furthermore, he participated in hair and makeup for Paris Collection, gaining experience in the international fashion scene. He also won first place at the ICD World Championship, further enhancing his skills and creativity both domestically and internationally.

Leveraging his international sensibility cultivated in London and his highly reproducible cutting techniques, ASCH will propose new hair designs to clients in Nagoya.

Obayashi, who has previously won the Grand Prix at the ICD (International Career Development) World Championship, is active not only as a stylist but also as a photographer.

With cutting techniques as his core, he values designs tailored to bone structure, hair quality, and lifestyle, aiming to create styles that bring out each individual's charm. ASCH will continue to deliver new beauty value to local clients by incorporating domestic and international techniques and sensibilities.
