Enotech株式會社（總公司：東京都港區，代表取締役社長：堀 慎二）將於4月起在日本全國販售與法國酒莊Chavins共同開發的酒精濃度0.0%（※2）的葡萄酒風味飲料『Joya Organic Sparkling Chardonnay Prestige』。
『Joya Organic Sparkling Chardonnay Prestige』是2021年上市的『Joya Organic Sparkling Chardonnay』的頂級酒款（Prestige Cuvée）。以香檳清爽高雅的風格為目標，在Chavins累積超過15年的釀造技術基礎上，經過與Enotech長達3年的共同開發而誕生。
原料採用在南法標高50～400m、面向不同方位的15個區塊以有機農法栽培的夏多內（Chardonnay）。採收的葡萄會依區塊分別釀造、熟成，並應用香檳所使用的調配（Assemblage，※3）技法，混合15種基酒。此外，經過6～9個月的酵母熟成，以及部分在法國橡木桶中熟成，為風味帶來深度與複雜性。
製造過程中，並非採用『Joya Organic Sparkling Chardonnay』所使用的非發酵法（不使用發酵原料），而是採用將已完成的葡萄酒僅分離酒精的脫酒精製法，最大限度地引出葡萄酒原有的香氣與風味。完全不添加香料，可享受到全來自葡萄酒本身的香氣，如白花、柑橘、黃桃、蘋果、布里歐麵包（Brioche）或吐司等。口感滑順，細緻的氣泡令人印象深刻。成熟的蘋果與布里歐麵包風味悠長，引導出乾爽俐落的餘韻。
