[Event Report] Arsaga Partners takes the stage with supported companies at the DX Results Presentation hosted by Kumamoto City

Arsaga Partners, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman & CTO: Yasuaki Omata; Representative Director & CEO: Jumpei Watanabe; hereinafter 'Arsaga Partners'), which promotes corporate DX, provided hands-on support in the 'Kumamoto City SME DX Acceleration Project,' hosted by Kumamoto City and operated by Forval Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Masanori Nakajima; hereinafter 'Forval').

We are pleased to announce that at the results presentation for the project held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, we took the stage alongside the supported company, Kyushu Sanko Landmark Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Kyushu Sanko Landmark'), to present our past initiatives and future concepts.

## Overview of the 'Kumamoto City SME DX Acceleration Project Results Presentation'
This project provides hands-on support aimed at promoting DX for SMEs in Kumamoto City that are tackling management transformation using digital technology. On the day of the event, the presentation was watched by over 150 attendees, both at the venue and online, proving the high level of interest in regional DX.

## Support Background: Transitioning to 'Offensive DX' to break through on-site limitations
The Kyushu Sanko Group launched a DX project centered around select members in 2024, accumulating steady results in 'defensive DX' (operational efficiency) such as going paperless and automating routine tasks. However, when trying to map out the next stage—such as 'business growth via digital' and 'creation of new customer experiences' beyond efficiency—they faced the challenge of translating this into a concrete roadmap using only internal perspectives.
To address this, they utilized the framework of the 'DX Acceleration Project' hosted by Kumamoto City, with Forval and Arsaga Partners serving as the operations office. Arsaga Partners, understanding the group's business deeply through web production and other activities, participated as an external professional to provide hands-on support.
Going beyond mere IT tool implementation proposals, this program started under a strong public-private support structure to steer towards 'offensive DX' that delves into management vision.

At the presentation, under the theme 'DX that transcends operational efficiency to enhance customer experience and regional value,' the following three strategic concepts, materialized through Arsaga Partners' hands-on support, were announced:

1. 'Creation of Group Synergy' through Data Integration
Integrating customer information that was scattered across 11 group companies in an incomplete state using a 'Common ID'. They declared an evolution to 'data-driven management' that goes beyond mere data aggregation to deeply understand customers across the entire group and deliver optimal services to each individual.
