A real-size model house, the "Machikado Exhibition Hall," built in an actual residential area, is scheduled to open around mid-October 2026 in Yagoto Fujimi, Showa-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture.

Features

The planned "Machikado Exhibition Hall" allows visitors to experience the harmony with the cityscape, the use of the site, and how light is incorporated into a residential area, which are difficult to imagine from a typical housing exhibition hall.

The model house features a modern design based on gray, combined with materials such as tiles and wood, to create a hotel-like space. The sense of openness provided by the partially adopted "high ceilings" creates a luxurious atmosphere while maintaining a timeless and calm interior.

Amidst the growing movement towards a decarbonized society, this "Machikado Exhibition Hall" is equipped with solar power generation and boasts insulation performance class 6 specifications (UA value 0.46 or less), making it compliant with "GX-oriented housing (decarbonization-oriented housing)" *2, which exceeds the standards of ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) *1. Visitors can also experience IoT functions that allow remote control of home equipment and appliances from a smartphone.
