Advantage Risk Management Co., Ltd. will host a web seminar titled 'Online Facility Tour: Learn About Return-to-Work Support Without Visiting – For Corporate Representatives' on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 16:00 to 17:00. The event is targeted at HR, general affairs, labor management staff, and those responsible for employee leave and return-to-work support.

This seminar will clearly introduce, via online format, the environment of the return-to-work facility, its program content, the process of returning to work, and methods of collaboration with companies. Participants can grasp the atmosphere of the facility without visiting in person and deepen their understanding of utilizing return-to-work programs and supporting employee reintegration through Q&A sessions.

We are offering this opportunity to view the Advantage Reemployment & Job Center’s support services and facility environment online.

Corporate representatives have frequently shared feedback such as: - 'We want to recommend return-to-work programs before employees return, but we're unsure how to explain them.' - 'We don’t fully understand what kind of facility or environment it actually is.' - 'Since we may refer employees, we’d like to confirm the program content in advance.'

During this tour, participants will view video footage of the facility and receive explanations on program content, the return-to-work process, and collaboration methods with companies. This format allows participants to visualize the on-site environment without visiting, making it ideal for companies that previously found it difficult to attend due to distance or scheduling conflicts.

Of course, companies currently without return-to-work candidates but wishing to familiarize themselves with the facility for future preparedness are also welcome to participate.
