Arealink Supports Management of Tokyu Livable's 'STORAGE SQUARE' Through Partner Program

Arealink Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takayoshi Suzuki; hereinafter 'Arealink'), which operates 'Hello Storage,' one of Japan's largest rental self-storage services, has commenced support for 'STORAGE SQUARE,' an indoor trunk room brand developed by Tokyu Livable, Inc. (President: Shunichi Kobayashi; Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), through its 'Partner Program' starting April 2026.

Arealink officially launched its 'Partner Program' in April 2024, targeting storage operators nationwide. This service provides comprehensive support, from opening new locations to customer acquisition and contract termination management. It leverages the know-how accumulated through 'Hello Storage,' which boasts the largest number of units in the industry, to resolve common issues in the storage business, such as facility management and occupancy rate improvement.

Through this collaboration, Arealink will support the operational management of existing 'STORAGE SQUARE' properties (19 indoor locations, approximately 1,700 units), primarily in the Tokyo and Kanagawa areas. Additionally, Arealink will assist in activities for opening new locations, supporting the efficient operation and further expansion of Tokyu Livable's trunk room business.

Currently, Arealink supports 30 companies and 227 properties (8,989 units) through this Partner Program. The company aims to further expand this program to grow the market, enhance customer satisfaction, and provide comfortable environments for more customers.
