Concurrently, the competition for AI engineers in Japan has intensified, making securing development capacity a challenge for the entire industry. Vietnam is also noted for its strong pool of science and engineering talent and many skilled engineers with experience collaborating with Japanese companies. ARCRA Vietnam will leverage the technical foundation of AI and software development cultivated by ARCRA in Japan to operate in the following areas: AI system development (image recognition, natural language processing, LLM applications), Web application development, Core/business system development, IT consulting, and In-house service development. A system will be established where local lead engineers and Japanese project managers collaborate closely to minimize communication loss. Furthermore, ARCRA Inc. will continuously share its technical expertise, particularly in image recognition, natural language processing, and agent AI, with ARCRA Vietnam engineers to align technical levels across locations. For recruitment, ARCRA Vietnam aims for a team of 10 members in its first year and is recruiting engineers for the following positions: AI Engineer (experience in machine learning and LLM application development welcome), Full-stack Engineer.
