About "Karayama," the Karaage Teishoku Specialty Store

The "Ika no Shiokara" (salted squid), which is provided free of charge with teishoku (set meals) and is reputed to pair well with rice, is one-of-a-kind!

"Karayama" opened its Asakusa Main Store in May 2010. The "Karatto Momo," made with the "secret special marinade" known only to a select few, which brings out the chicken's umami without using garlic or ginger from the legendary karaage "Karage En-YUKARI-", was adapted for customers to enjoy freshly fried as a side dish for rice.
