Kenji Suzuki is a former executive at Aisin Corporation, where he played a key role in integrating management, business strategy, and digital transformation. As Chief Software & Digital Officer, he led the formulation of the company-wide DX policy for the newly formed Aisin Group. His areas of expertise are diverse, spanning automotive electronics, EV technology, connected and sharing solutions, and post-merger organizational transformation. He has promoted DX at the board and executive levels, supporting the transition to software-defined mobility and new digital business models.

Held various positions including Senior Managing Officer at Aisin AW Co., Ltd. (formerly Aisin-Warner Ltd.), and Executive Vice President, Head of DX Strategy Center, and President of the CSS Company at Aisin Corporation (following the merger of Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. and Aisin AW Co., Ltd. in April 2021), as well as Chief Software & Digital Officer.
