Background of Joint Service Development

Appirits has historically supported the growth of many e-commerce businesses as a systems integrator by developing EC sites, building systems, and providing marketing support.

In recent years, the movement among e-commerce operators to expand their sales channels across multiple EC malls, in addition to their own EC sites, has been accelerating. On the other hand, because management screens and data formats differ for each EC mall, a prominent issue has emerged: sales and order data are dispersed everywhere, increasing the workload (cost) required for cross-sectional aggregation, comprehension, and analysis.

Furthermore, there are many cases where the collection and processing of this data are done manually. Because reporting tasks require immense labor, a situation arises where businesses cannot secure enough time to examine and execute the marketing measures they should originally be focusing on.

At Appirits, we have provided data integration and aggregation mechanisms through custom development to address these issues. However, since the specifications differ per EC mall, the development and operational burdens were high, making it difficult to provide rapid and versatile responses.
