New logos for Aiplan and Yawaragi Saijo

1. Tagline

"Connecting Lives, Giving Form"

To give form to human connections. While deeply understanding old customs, we will flexibly adapt without being bound by them, using methods suited to the present and future. We will stand by you not only for ceremonies but for all important moments in life.

2. Background: Rooted in Hokkaido, delivering the value of "connections" in a future-oriented way

Ceremonies such as weddings and funerals mark life's milestones and are also times to reaffirm connections with family, friends, and the community. However, with the diversification of lifestyles and family structures, and changes in the information environment, the roles required of ceremonies and the "form of reassurance" are also evolving.

Aiplan, as a company rooted in Hokkaido, has built upon its long-standing history to re-articulate "why we exist and what value we deliver" for the coming era, defining its Group Purpose. This tagline is positioned as the message to convey this philosophy to customers and local communities.

3. Logo Refresh: To enhance consistency in brand experience

This logo refresh is not merely a change in appearance; it is an initiative based on our purpose to enhance the consistency of impression and experience across the entire group. We have refined our brand expression to convey "the same attitude" in all situations where customers interact with the Aiplan Group, from digital platforms like web and social media to print media and facility signage.

Meaning (Concept) Behind the New Logo

The "A" of Aiplan and the "Y" of Yawaragi Saijo are expressed using a ribbon motif. The heart shape symbolizes love, trust, and reassurance. The flowing ribbon form embodies the gentleness of tying, connecting, and giving, and the connections between people. It is a design that intuitively conveys softness and warmth. We are committed to providing heartwarming spaces and memorable times with all our hearts to everyone gathered for life's important occasions.

5. Comment

Ikumi Shindo (Representative Director and President, Aiplan Co., Ltd.) "It has been 96 years since my great-grandparents founded 'Kikuichi Bunten,' a catering business. The Aiplan Group has consistently supported important life events, including weddings and funerals, observing many human connections and assisting on significant days.

In today's world, where human relationships are undergoing significant changes, we believe it is our mission to properly 'give form' to the connections that have been cherished and those that will newly emerge. We have re-articulated this sentiment and expressed it through our logo design.

Through our business, we promise to remain a company where each of our customers, local communities, business partners, and employees can feel and continue to cherish human connections."
