Apamanshop Launches New CM 'Solutions for Worried Rental Management'

The CM is targeted at property owners facing challenges in rental property management.

The CM features actors Eiichiro Funakoshi and Enka Tsuchiya, portraying Apamanshop’s commitment to supporting owners by closely understanding their unique challenges in rental property management and helping them find solutions.

Airing begins July 15 in 34 prefectures; also released on official YouTube channel the same day

The CM will begin sequential television broadcasts from Wednesday, July 15, 2026, across 34 prefectures.

Simultaneously, it will be released on the official Apamanshop YouTube channel, enabling broad outreach to property owners nationwide, regardless of broadcast region.

By combining TV and web distribution, we aim to present the option of 'consulting your local Apamanshop first' to owners struggling with rental management.
