Most Wanted Stations Ranking 2026

APAMAN Co., Ltd., a leader in rental housing brokerage with the highest number of stores and contracts in Japan, has announced the 'Most Wanted Stations Ranking 2026' based on search data from the official Apaman Shop website.

This ranking compiles the most frequently searched stations by area during the designated period on the official Apaman Shop website.

In the 2026 edition, while some areas saw stations from the previous year maintain their top spots, other areas experienced shifts. In particular, in the Kanto, Kansai, and Kyushu/Okinawa regions, stations that offer both access to city centers and daily convenience ranked high, reflecting search behaviors based on actual living needs.

### Background and Objective

Many users start their apartment search by selecting a 'station'. During lifestyle transitions—such as advancing in school, starting a job, relocating, or getting married—users consider not just commuting convenience, but also local amenities, commercial facilities, medical institutions, educational environments, and rent balances. This ranking visualizes the interests of users nationwide by area.
