Last year, Kunio Oda, a distinguished professor at Reitaku University and former Air Marshal, received the Fujiseishi Grand Prize for his essay "Hints for Japan's Revival Lie in SDF Education."
This year too, we are widely soliciting essays that, based on truths buried in history, elucidate the transitions of international affairs in the context of Japan's relations with various foreign countries such as Europe, America, and Asia, from modern times to the present day, and compile proposals useful for revitalizing Japan with a unique modern historical perspective.
