Amidst the growing popularity of fruit-based tea drinks, Kajyu Kobo Karin developed these fruit teas to allow customers to enjoy the taste of seasonal fruits more casually and in various styles, embodying the concept: "A Fruit Tea Where Fruit Takes Center Stage, Possible Only at a Fruit Specialty Store." To fully showcase the appeal of the fruits, they are paired with complementary organic teas, creating a beverage that enhances the fruitiness while offering a refreshing aftertaste.

The tea leaves used are "Organic Pure Black" and "Organic Wild Berry Hibiscus" from the premium tea brand "Mighty Leaf," which originated in San Francisco, USA.
