ITpreneurs Supports Japanese Language for Globally Recognized Scrum.org™ Product Owner Certification Exam
ITpreneurs has collaborated on the Japanese localization of Scrum.org™'s "PSPO I" certification exam, which will be available from April 2026. A free Japanese mock exam has also been released, aiming to support the development of product owners in Japan.

ITpreneurs Japan Asia Pacific, a group company of Aoba-BBT Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Iwao Shibata), has collaborated on the Japanese localization of the globally recognized Scrum.org™ "Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I)" certification exam.
The Japanese version will be available starting April 2026. In addition, the Japanese version of Scrum.org™'s free, registration-free learning tool, "Product Owner Open (Mock Exam)," has also been released.

Background and Overview of the Initiative
In today's uncertain business environment, the role of the "Product Owner (PO)," who maximizes product value, is becoming increasingly important. However, there is still a shortage of personnel in Japan who possess the necessary skills and mindset to be a Product Owner.
To address these challenges and accelerate the development of professional Product Owners in Japan, ITpreneurs, together with the globally operating training company Scrum Lighthouse, supported the development of the Japanese version.
Following the release of the Japanese version of "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" in 2025, we will contribute to the spread of Scrum in Japan by creating an environment where "Professional Scrum" advocated by Scrum.org™ can be understood more deeply and correctly.
Key Points of the PSPO I Certification Exam Japanese Version
① Globally Recognized Product Owner Certification Available in Japanese: Japanese-speaking candidates can focus on the exam without relying on translation tools. It can be taken by anyone, from anywhere in the world.
② Provision of Free Mock Exam (Japanese Version): A mock exam that can be tried repeatedly without registration is available on the official Scrum.org™ website. This significantly lowers the hurdle for obtaining certification.
③ High-Quality Translation Based on Solid Knowledge: Leveraging the deep knowledge of Scrum and extensive training experience of both ITpreneurs and Scrum Lighthouse, a highly accurate translation has been achieved.
