Through this initiative, the company supports local Sendai enterprises in solving management issues and fostering business growth by matching them with professional talent for side-job roles.

■ Utilizing External Side-Job Talent to Support Local Business Growth

However, many SMEs and startups struggle to secure the necessary specialized talent, making it difficult for them to pursue growth strategies.

Against this backdrop, Sendai City is conducting the 'FY2026 Axel-Rise Support' project to promote the growth and competitiveness of local businesses. The project aims to solve corporate challenges and create new business opportunities by flexibly leveraging external expertise through side-job engagements.

Since its founding in May 2019, Another works has promoted side-job working styles across Japan as an essential social practice, allowing individuals to pursue multiple roles for income, skill development, and self-realization. Its flagship platform, 'Fukugyo Cloud,' had surpassed 100,000 registered talents, 2,500 total corporate adoptions, and 250 municipal adoptions as of June 2026. Leveraging this expertise, Another works is dedicated to contributing to the revitalization of the regional economy by solving management issues for Sendai-based enterprises.
