Anesis Certified as a 'Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026' for the 5th Consecutive Year; Family Stage Certified for the First Time.

Anesis Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Higashi-ku, Kumamoto City, CEO: Tatsuya Kato) was certified in the SME category of the "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations 2026" jointly organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi on Monday, March 9, 2026. This is our 5th consecutive year receiving this certification since 2022.
Additionally, Family Stage Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City, CEO: Nobuo Tada), a member of the Anesis Group, was also certified in the same category. This is the first certification for Family Stage.

## What is the Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Certification System?
It is a recognition system certified by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi aimed at preparing an environment where corporations practicing particularly excellent health and productivity management can be "visualized" and receive social evaluation from employees, job seekers, related companies, and financial institutions.

## Initiatives by Anesis Co., Ltd.
Anesis has set "promotion of communication among employees" as its health management challenge. By creating opportunities to talk with management layers outside their own departments, we aim to early detect and solve issues regarding "work environment" and "management." As a specific measure, we conduct "Cross 1on1" meetings with managers of other departments every month. The implementation rate in FY2025 was 75%, but we are setting a goal of 100% implementation rate this year and will work on it on a company-wide scale.

## Initiatives by Family Stage Co., Ltd.
Family Stage sets "improving employee productivity and preventing accidents (countermeasures against musculoskeletal disorders such as stiff shoulders and lower back pain)" as a priority issue in health management. To reduce the physical burden associated with the increase in desk work, we have set aside time once a week for all employees to perform stretching simultaneously. Through regular exercise habits, we aim to prevent occupational accidents and stimulate communication, thereby leading to improved productivity across the entire organization.
