The style editorial brand "niko and ..." will produce the facility and space, opening on Thursday, April 23, 2026, as "niko and ... BASE."

The facility where "niko and ... BASE" will open is part of "Mito Kobun Terrace" in Senba Park, a new lakeside landmark utilizing the Park-PFI system in Senba Park, Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
