This year's theme is "A Special Summer to Enjoy with Bread." We have prepared a selection of carefully chosen items, centered on bread made with whole grains, including the traditional Danish rye bread "Rugbrød," artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, refreshing sweets, and direct-from-producer gifts in collaboration with producers from Hiroshima and the Setouchi region.
