"What is hole inspection using the ANALYZER series?"

The ANALYZER series achieves non-destructive, non-contact inspection of cylindrical inner walls using laser light emitted from an inspection probe. It rotates and emits laser light onto the inner wall of the cylinder, receives the reflected light, converts it into data, detects the presence of defects, and automatically determines pass/fail.

The probe is inserted into the cylindrical inner wall of the part to achieve high-speed and stable inspection.

Reflected light is converted into data, and pass/fail is automatically determined based on set conditions.
