The 1st-floor Cafe & Bar "THE LOUNGE," where you can enjoy a relaxing time in a calm atmosphere, will launch a "luxurious parfait" featuring "seasonal fruits" that change monthly.

In July, the second installment of the series, the "Melting Peach Parfait," will be introduced.

The star of this parfait is the fresh "peach," full of juiciness and imbued with a gentle sweetness. The top is adorned with a vibrant macaron and fresh peach compote, with the sweet and tart flavors of strawberry sorbet and peach sorbet added for a refreshing taste. When you spoon into the glass, you can enjoy a variety of textures, including smooth melting chantilly cream, crispy feuilletine, rich berry custard, and fluffy strawberry chiffon cake. Furthermore, we've hidden Moët & Chandon Rosé compote peach jelly with its elegant flavor, vanilla mousse, and mixed berry compote.

Another appeal is the "flavor change" you can enjoy by adding the separately provided berry sauce. The mellow, gentle sweetness of the peach and the sweet and tart berry sauce complement each other, creating an even more delightful flavor.

Additionally, a half-size option is available, maintaining its cute appearance and being just the right size to satisfy a light hunger. We also recommend pairing it with our side dish of french fries for a "sweet" and "salty" alternating taste experience.
