Oligonol® has been reported in numerous studies for its effects on improving blood circulation, antioxidant properties, reducing fatigue, enhancing athletic performance, and maintaining muscle health, and is widely used by many athletes in various sports. In particular, many long-distance and endurance athletes, such as marathon runners and trail runners, use it, and research results directly related to running performance have been eagerly awaited.

The research group of the Excel Athletes Club Association and Amino Up Co., Ltd. conducted a comparative study using a placebo on middle-aged recreational runners who regularly run, focusing on Oligonol®'s endurance performance (running distance in a 12-minute run) and rating of perceived exertion (RPE score*2). As a result, the group that used Oligonol® showed a significant increase in running distance in the 12-minute run and a significant reduction in RPE score.

These research findings were published in the international academic journal "Journal of Exercise and Nutrition" on March 12, 2026.
