Utilizing the Regional Revitalization Cooperation Volunteer DAO solution provided by ALYAUM Inc. (Headquarters: Sapporo City, CEO: Hiroaki Hatanaka), which promotes regional revitalization through NFTs, we held a DAO Manager Study Session for relocated DAO managers.

In the study session held on March 9, 2026, we welcomed Mr. Kosei Shoji ('Fukubo'), who is active as a Regional Revitalization Cooperation Volunteer in Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture, as a lecturer. He shared insights on 'how to collect sponsorships and advance projects in the region' and how to build trusting relationships with local communities.

## What is the DAO Manager Study Session?
Regional Revitalization Cooperation Volunteers often have vastly different missions and environments depending on the municipality, and it is often called a 'job with no right answer.' On the other hand, there is a wealth of reproducible learning in the field across the country, such as practical knowledge, knowledge from failures, and ways to interact with people that cannot be measured by numbers.

ALYAUM Inc. conducts these study sessions with the aim of 'transforming each volunteer's experience into cross-sectional learning, rather than letting it end within the individual.'

By having volunteers who are achieving results in the field speak themselves, it creates a more practical and realistic learning space for newly appointed volunteers and those currently facing obstacles in their activities.

## Themes in the DAO Manager Study Session
This study session is characterized by a focus on the 'process of achieving results,' rather than just sharing know-how, including:
- Organizing the missions required by the municipality
- The behind-the-scenes of steady daily activities
- How to build trusting relationships with local residents and government offices
- Practical examples of SNS broadcasting and creating related populations
- Things that didn't go well and current challenges

It is designed so that participating volunteers can think about 'how they can apply this to their own region.'

## Inviting Santa Claus Realized by Collecting 380,000 Yen in Sponsorships
In this study session, using the project Mr. Fukubo handled in Shimanto City as a subject, the process of planning a business based on local problems, and how to build trusting relationships and involve local people was discussed.

A specific example introduced was an event that invited a real Santa Claus from Finland. Steadily soliciting sponsorships from individuals (from 1,000 yen) and companies (from 3,000 yen), the necessary expens
